- Undergraduate Musical Excellence Awards – $500 to $2,000 per year
These are service-based awards available to highly talented School of Music undergraduate students. All music students are given automatic consideration for these awards so there is no application to complete.
- Honors College University Award for Music Majors – $2,000 per year
These are multi-year awards for Honors College students.
- School of Music Named Scholarships – Various amounts
The School of Music offers a large number of “named” scholarships for outstanding music majors. Students accepted in the School of Music are automatically considered for all undergraduate scholarships for which they are eligible.

Federal Work Study
Get connected with the community and earn practical experience through the community service component of the federal work study program. Students who choose to participate in this program have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, network with nonprofit leaders in Atlanta and participate in professional development sessions. Find out if you are eligible.
The institute coordinates both graduate and undergraduate admissions. Students seeking an undergraduate degree will apply through university admissions and receive additional support from the central office.
