Alumni Concert Band Reunion & Concert

Below is a brief overview of the schedule for the day:

12:00 – 1:00pm … Check-In

1:15 – 4:15pm … Rehearsal

5:00 – 6:30pm … Dinner & Reception

7:00pm … Concert

All rehearsals and performances will occur in Kopleff Recital Hall (15 Gilmer Street SE, Atlanta, GA 30303). As the event approaches, more details will be sent directly to each participating alumni.

Parking for the day will be located in M-Deck (33 Auditorium Place SE). It is $10 per vehicle, and be sure you get your ticket to exit the deck before driving through the entrance gate.

PIT BLACK

Option 1: Black dress pants (no denim), long-sleeved button-down black dress shirt with a collar, black dress shoes, and socks.

Option 2: Long (floor length) black skirt, black dress pants (no denim), or black dress with black hose or socks. No visible skin at the feet or legs. Black blouse with sleeves to the wrist. Simple jewelry.

Wind players are asked to provide their own instruments. Should you need to borrow an instrument from us for the day, please submit an Instrument Rental Contract no later than March 15th. No fee will be charged to borrow an instrument.

For those who play percussion, please bring whatever sticks and mallets you own. We will provide anything else that is needed.

You will receive a folder of music at check-in when you arrive, but since we have limited rehearsal time, we are also planning to send a link to PDF copies of the music for your preparations.

A catered dinner/reception will be provided in the West Exhibit Hall of the Urban Life Building (140 Decatur Street SE). The per person cost is included in the registration fee.
