Scholarships and Financial Aid
In addition to various forms of financial aid awarded by the Office of Student Financial Aid, the Georgia State University School of Music offers a large number of scholarships for outstanding music majors. There is no need to apply for these scholarships. Accepted music students are automatically considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible.
- Undergraduate Musical Excellence Awards – $500 to $2000 per year
These are service-based awards available to highly talented School of Music undergraduate students. All music students are given automatic consideration for these awards so there is no application to complete. Click here for a complete description.
